1. Service Description

LeadsLine provides an AI-powered voice receptionist service for local service businesses. Our system answers your inbound calls, qualifies leads, books appointments on your calendar, sends you text notifications, and screens spam and robocalls. The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

2. Subscription and Billing

  • Monthly fee: $199 per month, billed monthly.
  • One-time setup fee: $500, charged at the start of your subscription.
  • Trial period: 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
  • Payment: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with LeadsLine within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund of your monthly fee.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties. There are no long-term contracts. Upon cancellation, your service remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your AI receptionist will stop answering calls and your phone number will be released.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information (name, services, hours, service area) so your AI receptionist can represent your business correctly.
  • Review call recordings and transcripts regularly to ensure the AI is handling calls to your satisfaction.
  • Notify us promptly if your business information changes (hours, services, service area).
  • Maintain a valid payment method on file for the duration of your subscription.
  • Use the service only for lawful business purposes.

6. AI Limitations

Our AI receptionist is designed to handle the majority of routine inbound calls for local service businesses. However, you acknowledge that:

  • The AI may occasionally misunderstand a caller or provide incorrect information. We provide full call recordings and transcripts so you can review every interaction.
  • The AI is not a replacement for emergency services. Callers with life-threatening emergencies should be directed to call 911.
  • We continuously improve the AI based on your feedback. If the AI handles a call incorrectly, notify us and we will adjust its behavior at no additional cost.

7. Spam and Call Screening

LeadsLine automatically screens inbound calls and blocks suspected spam, robocalls, and telemarketers. While we strive for accuracy, no spam detection system is perfect. Occasionally a legitimate call may be flagged or a spam call may get through. We are not liable for missed business opportunities due to false-positive spam blocking.

8. Intellectual Property

LeadsLine, including all software, AI models, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of LeadsLine. Your call recordings, transcripts, and business data remain your property. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadsLine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, or loss of business opportunities, arising from your use of our service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our AI receptionist service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Telnyx, ElevenLabs), or force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. We will notify you of planned downtime whenever possible.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of LeadsLine after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of LeadsLine shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
